In order to guarantee an AD spot & have the programs printed for Meet the Bears, we need AD's purchased by 7/1/25. Artwork is due NO LATER than 7/21/25.

AD priority placement is based on receipt of order, payment, and completed artwork unless other arrangements have been made. 

ARTWORK is best submitted in PDF, CDR, AI, or High Resolution JPG. If creating in CANVA, it's best to invite bhsvcb@gmail.com to collaborate on the file so we can adjust and export as needed for best print quality.
